I am stuck unable to progress. The research states I need to craft 64 green circuits(Modular Circuits), but I've crafted well over that and it's still stuck at 99%.

Additionally, it says I need to craft 16 Mineral glass, despite not being able to make it in space, which I'm unable to access the planet yet.

In space the crystalline chunks smelt into hot crystalline plates which can be crafted into the mineral glass

Except there's a space only kind of glass that is produced in space, it even mentions it in the description that it's a "unique" structure because of it being made in space.

To quote the items:

Hot Mineral Plate-
Smelting crystalline chunks in space results in hot mineral plates, which can cool into crystalline plates.

Crystalline Plate-
A sheet of minerals, displaying crystal structures unique to zero gravity. It glimmers with potential.

Mineral glass-
A sheet of minerals with an amorphous internal structure. Non conductive under normal circumstances.

Additionally, the three recipes I see in the factoriopedia, mention that to create mineral glass I need gravity greater than or equal to 0.01 m/s squared. As space has less than that, I cannot create mineral glass.

Assemblers have a recipe to turn hot mineral plates into mineral glass.

Smelt crystals into hot mineral plates. then in an assembly machine, turn the hot mineral plates into mineral glass.

TFMG involves a few diverging recipe chains like that.
