The mod Quality Turrets Reworked (0.11.2) caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.

I added a fix in version 0.11.3, but I’m not sure if it actually fixes the issue because I don’t know when the error occurs.

I'll see if I can reproduce. It happened when I was placing miners on Vulcanus, and nothing with fluid should have been done there.

The other option is that it might have been when Auto Quality Upgrades might have been upgrading a flamethrower?
