3 Container per rocket seems so low as to discourage use. 25 per rocket would be less punishing.
Also, I'd probably adjust most of the other stack sizes to better match vanilla counterparts.
Press: 10 (similar to recycler, steam engine, crusher)
Raw Quartz: 1000 (similar to carbon, sulfur)
Sandstone Brick: 500 (similar to brick)
Silica Glass: 1000 (similar to plates)
Reinforced Silica Glass: 400 (similar to steel)
