Planet Linox

by Xeon257

Linox is an extraordinarily destructive world, even closer to the sun than Vulcanus. Solar coronal ejections and flares reach all the way down to the surface, obliterating everything in their path, while the sun’s immense gravitational forces relentlessly twist and deform the entire planet, creating an extreme and hostile environment. Is there really anything left on such a world that could still be worth extracting?

b [FIXED] Rocket Fuel Everywhere

I dont know if this is intended, but rocket fuel has an infinite loop when recycling it using "Lava base rocket fuel (recipe)".
Any planet with lava can produce (with the help of a recycler) 0.5 rocket fuel per craft on average, since it costs 2 solid fuel and recycling returns 2 or 3 (25% of 10).

If this is not the goal this problem can be reduced increasing the cost of rocket fuel to a higher number, but any number lower than 10 will have problems at prod 300%.

One limit maraxis does to reduce this problem (I think?) is to set a lower productivity limit for petroleum gas to heavy oil, at 150%. This together with a slight increase of solid fuel requirement to at least 3 can make the loop much more interesting. It should make it impossible on vanilla-like and somewhat doable with high productivity (i.e. more quality tiers mod)

Hello. Thank you for the report. That part was not intended. I hadn’t considered recycling rocket fuel. I’ll look into changing the recipe or adjusting the solid fuel consumption.
