Season 7
1. Allow insertion into cargo bays, and disable interter interaction with cargo landing pads and platform hubs, because Skunk said so.
2. Restore vanilla Cargo Ships recipes & technology (removing Planet Pelagos changes)
3. Factorissimo makes agricultural towers reqyuire solar, but deadsun makes gleba not have solar; remove this restriction from agricultural towers.
