Since the september's autotech 2.0 update all TURDs costs have been broken and reset to the amount of normal techs, despite being up to 5 times more expensive before. Since the issue doesn't seem to be on anyone's priority list this mod shrimply applies pre-september TURD cost multipliers (different for each science pack) to updated post-september technology prices (check 3.0.43 changes for more info).
For example, if pre-september py3's techs costed 1750 packs (at most) and py3's TURDs costed 7000 then now py3's TURDs will in the same way cost 4 times more than normal techs of py3 pack.
