How do I use this to modify the active groups of a constant combinator?

Someone else also pointed out it doesn't work on constant combinators. It seems to only work when there is an input connection terminal, not just outputs. I think I can fix this.

I also found an issue where the logistics combinator doesn't work right on a new connection but the chooser does. Poor reuse there.

I will work on these issues over the next week or so as I find time.

Crossing my fingers I didn't break anything else.
