      This works by changing internal foundry names to have 'sei-' prefix only if bzfoundry2 is installed.
      You can add this mod to a save with bzfoundry2 fine, but you cannot add bzfoundry2 to a save with
      this mod installed, without issues. You will loose all placed foundrys and the tech will have to be
      re-researched.
