Can't research Oil Processing because I can't find any crude oil deposits, even went as far to open the map in cheat mode and use cheats to discover map in a very large radius and there is no Crude to be found. Has anyone encountered this issue?

I'm unsure whether what specific mod may be causing it. However, Factorio+ will create oil patches 100% with most mods.

It may be useful to attempt to generate a new world with mods turned off and see which one stops it from generating in the world preview screen.
