V/F/G Cargo Drops Require Research

Before cargo can be dropped on Vulcanus, Fulgora and Gleba, new technologies must be researched (except for dropping construction bots.)

This mod used to be part of the foundations of Space Age: Hard Mode. However, this style of play is highly subject to player preference. As a result, it's now an optional add-on.

When installed alongside Hard Vulcanus, Hard Fulgora or Hard Gleba, those mods lock certain early technologies behind building a small on-planet science chain.
