Fix for Space Exploration Rocketry Science
This mod fixes incorrect science pack requirements for the Rocketry technology in Space Exploration.
The original technology incorrectly requires late-game science packs.
This fix restores a balanced early-game progression by limiting Rocketry to the first five science packs only.

Logistic Science Pack 120
Military Science Pack 120
Chemical Science Pack 120
Space Science Pack 120
