K2 Void Crushing Cleanup

Remove automatically created void crushing recipes.
Enter the internal itemnames of the recipes in the settings.

For example write "flake-graphite" from bzcarbon mod and "kr-quartz" for silica recipe from bzsilicon mod as comma separated list in the settings field.
