GotLag's Electric Furnaces updated to 2.0, tested and working with Space Age quality.
Emissions, crafting speed, module slots are unchanged from the original. wanted to preserve the original idea.
Only thing i added is toggle to reduce the crafting speed of stone and steel electric furnace to 75% (stone 1 -> 0.75, steel 2 -> 1.5)
