Just update mod from 1.1.18 to 1.2.0.

Hi,
thanks for reporting this 👍

The issue has been fixed in version 1.2.1. After updating, loading existing saves should work correctly again and the migration should apply without problems.

New games starting without any issues is expected behavior, since migrations are only applied to existing saves and are not needed for newly created worlds.

Please update to 1.2.1 and let me know if you run into any further issues when loading an older save.
