b Planets dont connect over the ''0'' rotation value and tinkering issue

What i mean by this is that i have Gleba and Rubia, and want to connect them, but gleba is at 1 rotation and rubia is at about 330 rotation, they should connect, but wont no matter how much i tinker with the settings.
If i set Gleba to 359 rotation, it then connects to rubia, but disconnects from Nauvis, the North astroid belt and the Outer Solar Orbit (Dyson Sphere Reworked)
I believe there is some looping problem with 0-360 that makes planets unable to connect over it.
Another example is that, I had to swap Paracelsin and Vesta, as Vesta otherwise refused to connect to the Kuiper belt and South astroid belt.
Another issue that this tinkering to make the planet connections work causes, is that the tech tree doesnt change to work with new planet positions, is this intended?
I didnt want to play with the ''Lets mashup 2 planets'', the ''No new rewards'' planets and the extra star mods, that this mod uses, so i had to tinker the map to make everything work nicely, but now its broken.

All described things can be disabled in mod settings if you don't want something:

Completely missed that, my issues appear to have been fixed, i can exit the inner system to the outer from east to Aquilo, and from west via completing Cerys & Rubia (North and South after Outer Planets, this is good)
