Is there a reason the Scrap Recycling Productivity technology does not affect the reprocessor? I assumed it would. Thanks!

thirding this idea, scrap prod tech is (basically) made useless when the reprocessors are involved. Would feel more integrated with the game if that bonus also applied to these recipes
