where other mods may add a tier 4 module, suggest overriding with own mod's item, even if the recipe is left untouched from third party mod.
suggestion 2: have it be mod option in case disabling feature is desired.

however i probably wouldn’t make disabling tier 4+ modules a mod setting, thats a lot of code seperation to do and the main point of the mod is to add 6 tiers :P
