More Long Inserters

Adds long inserter variants of nearly all detected inserters. Optionally also adds burner versions of the bulk and stack inserters. Fully compatible with Bobs Logistics, Artisanal Reskins, Krastorio 2, and many more! Incompatible with the inserter overhaul setting in Bobs Logistics.

When playing with Py, the burner inserter is renamed to mechanical inserter, but the long handed version is long handed burner inserter.

Also, the stack inserter for Py is not the factorio 2.0 one, it appears to be its own entity.
Can you add a long handed stack inserter?

Updated the long "burner" inserter to use the new localised name ("mechanical inserter", in the case of Py Coal Processing), also added long inserter/sorting compatibility with the Py Stack Inserter. Implemented both in v5.1.15

Also glad to see people are trying out the new compatibility with pymods!
