How to reproduce:
Try to start the game without Space Age mod (quality and elevated rails can be enabled and it will still fail, it needs space age)

below is the message I get:

Mods to be disabled:
• gacha (0.1.0)

No errors were observed in vanilla.
Although it was for a different reason, the error was resolved, so it may have been fixed.
If that doesn't work, please let me know as it may be due to another mod.
