It looks like Py recently changed the internal names of their techs, causing the dependencies in the landfill unlock techs to break.

If you'd like, I could possibly help point you toward an implementation that avoids this issue moving forward - one of the things I specialize in as a mod developer is effortless compatibility; or in other words, the mod procedurally generates content based on other mods and doesn't need my intervention except in specific circumstances.
