Hello, is there any way or mod to export and import characters from one world to another?

It doesn't do that and I'm not aware mods about with such features

Use /export command to export data into /script-output/exported_data folder (auto export on first join is on)

Would it be possible to have a mod to transfer players, online and offline, to a new save?

In theory, it's possible.
In practice, it's too much work for 1 thing.
