Makes the tool icons colourful, in both the shortcut bar and in the cursor
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.

I've made it so if you also have that mod loaded, the sizes of the icons from this mod will match. (Note I didn't change the size of the icons that show in factoriopedia or the cursor, but I can change those too if you'd like).
