if i got your other upcycler, did i still need one of the "all qualities unlocked from the start" mod too? :O

well its just that by default uncommon & rare unlock with the first quality module, and right at the start there's no quality to upcycle to, so you'll have to install some mod that unlocks qualities earlier if you're gonna have any use out of this mod

this mod requires the "other upcycler mod" to be present anyways, but still you wouldn't have any other qualities unlocked before you unlock that upcycler
