Upon loading my save today, I got the message that says that 2 technologies have been removed (bob-thorium-processing and bob-deuterium-processing) and a recipe has changed (bob-lithium-water-electrolysis->bob-lithium-perchlorate). How do I revert these changes??? The recipe change has a 7 behind it, meaning 7 instances with this recipe have changed for me? What is the change, just a different amount of resources needed or totally different resources all together?

Some technologies have been combined. So there were a couple that are no longer needed so have been deleted.

One recipe was renamed so that the recipe and item would combine correctly in Factoriopedia.

There should be no need or reason to revert any of these changes.
