When using version 1.2.0 (not 1.1.6) I get the following error:

Failed to load mods: Error while running setup for entity prototype "pump" (pump): next_upgrade target (bob-pump-2) must have the same fast_replaceable_group (pipe != pump).

This occurs when using both Space exploration and Krastorio 2. When using either of those mods separate it does not cause a conflict.

Bro I`m just gonna say that you are not alone with this problem (i have too) however I dont think there is a fix to that problem, the only thing i would know is to change the version of boblogistics

I'm still having the same error. I am running some other mods, will try to find out which combination causes the clash.

I found that enabling Cargo Ships in combination with Krastorio 2, SE and v1.2.1 still causes the pump error.
