I get this error and only this text when i have base game with space age mods enabled, and also Factorio+ mod enabled.
"Failed to load mods: Technology follower-robot-count: Infinite research followed by level 6"
Normally it would tell me a lua error or anything but alas that's all the info I have, perhaps something in your code brings meaning to this
