Currently the research for big mining drill needs purple science and to make the drill itself you need molten iron.
But to get molten iron you need Foundry which is behind yellow science.

Not sure if it makes sense progression wise. Either way, maybe make big mining drill need Foundry as a research or change big mining drill recipe
