This mod disables all beacons and modules. It also optionally scales the cost, power use and speed of some buildings that used to have module slots.

Does this mod effectively disable quality altogether, because you can't use quality modules?
I also hate how modules work, but I'd prefer not to lose access to quality as a mechanic.
