QOL mod, adds shortcut keys to switch between items, following Factoriopedia's layout
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Had this thought aswell, surprising such functionality isn't in the base game. Really cleans up hotbars, well done!
A personal preference, but I think the controls shouldn't interfere with movement. I try to keep any controls off of WASD. I have moved mine to shift/ctrl + mouse wheel, which aligns better with the quality scrolling in space age.
Good idea, added shift/control + mouse wheel as default controls. The WASD controls are still enabled by default too.
