Basically, when this mod is enabled, it causes surface issues with mining in space, everything else works fine, but mining drills completely refuse to work in space when both mods are enabled.

I'm unsure as to.. how to send a video in here, or a screenshot. I also have K2 and a few other mods enabled, but I previously disabled all other mods that modify mining drills in space and attempted it.

You can use WeTransfer or some cloud. Please make the video with all other mods disabled (only SE and subsurface). I'm pretty sure that my mod doesn't affect other mining drills

I see the problem. I thought you mean that the miners are still placeable but refuse to mine.
Anyway it was an issue with collision masks, all mining drills shared the same reference table, so changing one drill affects all others. Its fixed for the next release
