In my first message i writed all: when the "Kuxynator's Personal Teleport" mod is enable, the character (player) moves in jerks (leaps, jumps). When i disable the "Kuxynator's Personal Teleport" mod, movement is normal (smooth).

I'm sorry for the trouble. I want to clarify - the jump occurs at the moment you press the cursor keys “Up”, “Down”, “Left”, “Right”. I use these keys because they are more convenient for me.
