In addition to normal behaviour, all Inserters take fuel from entities containing a burner when they or their drop target have no fuel left.
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Augmented or new ways of transporting materials - belts, inserters, pipes!

Now burner inserters works without fuel (playing with IR2). Without mod everything works fine
The new full rewrite also fixes the cheat refueling: It now uses an item from the hand, pickup or drop instead of just creating some energy out of thin air.
