Allows casting of magazines in foundries

The recipe for casting uranium rounds currently takes a piercing round magazine instead of the molten metal ingredients. I would expect the recipe to be 70 molten iron, 50 molten copper, and 1 U-238.
Good point. I have no idea why I didn't make it that.
