Hey I noticed the unlock for thr recycler is a fulgoran mine...I just started a playthrough so I'm not that far but I haven't noticed these on the map.
I may be missing something since I'm still early in the play.
Do you have the latest version? On 0.0.5 recycler is unlocked by processing unit and production science
