Done in version 1.3.4. But do note that Space Exploration does not add upgrade paths for their belts, which means that the Spaghetti Belt Upgrade tool won't do anything for it. Also, the deconstructing tool is type-agnostic, meaning it doesn't matter what type of belt you use it on.
