You have to disable the base mod manually in the mods.json file
alright, when i run it on clean vanilla factorio it prevents loading complaining:
Failed to load mods: Error while loading entity prototype "baseless-rail-support" (rail-support): This prototype type requires the space-age expansion be enabled.
Modifications: Baseless Mod
Mods to be disabled:
• Baseless (2.0.0)
What? Why it wants space age? :)))
